First time ordering online question?

I have always purchased phones in the store. However to take advantage of the $30 promo code I am trying to order online. However, I do not see where it offers me the option to "upgrade" as I am going to be using my NE2 $100 credit. Towards the end of the online purchase it only asks me if I would like a new number or if I am transferring from another service. What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help!!!

Before you hit "Buy" at the beginning, log into your MyVerizon, and once you add the phone into your cart, it should automatically apply the NE2 if you are eligible. Thats what I did and it worked fine.
