Speaking of library... how much do you suppose the late fee on a copy of H. G. Wells War Of The World that was due March 4 1966 might be? Asking for a friend. 🤣
I meant for my youngest daughter to mysteriously leave it in the school library but spaced it off. No grand or great grandkids in the school district. I blew my chance. At least it's not checked out in my name though I've read it three or four times through the decades .
(My brother in law was a libraritian and down here they only charged in case the product was stolen or damaged fees, why would that price hoover my head still eighty bucks from the place, I had to snip my card in two, waste of gas IMHO)
