Fix for the SYNC problem?

Practically daily I have this problem:
-No mail comes in, if I send an e-mail it never arrives at
the destination.
- when I manually press the sync button, the sync wheel will keep
turning a very long time, but nothing happens.
sometimes even there is some kind of polite warning that sync is having a problem .

Restarting the phone sometimes help.

Is there any magic trick to fix this?
Is HTC working on this?

Wish I could help but I'm not having any Sync problems. My wife and I both have this phone with no Sync issues. I wouldn't count on HTC releasing any fixes at this point.

Have you thought about rooting your phone? It may sync better with one of the custom ROMs.
