My phone got stuck in headset mode and none of the fixes I saw suggested worked for me (plug/unplug several times, blow in headphone jack, paperclip in headphone jack, restart phone w/jack both plugged and unplugged...).
What did work was calling someone, turning the phone on speaker mode, plugging in a jack to a speaker, then unplugging.
