So, I use airplane mode to save battery life when I'm in class. Yesterday, my Warp hung going into airplane mode. It greyed out the airplane mode switch from the power menu, but would still allow you to try to enter airplane mode from the settings menu. If entering from settings, it would grey out for a few seconds then return to unchecked. Power cucling the phone did nothing. The phone appeared to be out of airplane mode. There was no airplane in the notification bar, and it still said Boost Mobile on the lock screen.
The solution: Clear the system cache. To do this, go into ASR (reboot, hold volume up button while powering on, use volume buttons to scroll thrugh menu and select with camera button) and choose clear system cache. When done reboot. You should now really be in airplane mode and can then unselect it.
BTW, I am running a stock unrooted rom.
