Fixable?

I just bought two broken Incredibles for about a hundred bucks. Both have good ESN's, and they have some hardware damage that, once fixed, should turn me a modest profit (I bought 'em for the tinkering, really). Anyway, I learned that both have a broken ribbon cable clamp. I'm not entirely sure what this means- could anyone fill me in on what this would mean for repairs?

A little more information:

Both phone's LCD's are smashed, and one's digitizer is fried. Also, when turned on, they vibrate as is normal, and neither have had any water damage.
