Root Fixed: PC does not want to recognize phone

i talked to a samsung rep about this problem and he told me steps like turn usb debugging off and put mass storage and usb storage on. i even installed the drivers and my computer doesnt want to recognize the phone. i went to manage on computer and samsung android usb device has no drivers. I need help. if anyone can help me. thanks
