FL26 Rooted But Denied

So I've got the fl26 rooted on my phone, Busybox says it's rooted, root checker says it's rooted, with superuser 3.1.3 installed, but superuser always denies everything & changing the the way superusers handles apps doesn't help. Anybody know why this is happening ?

Probably same thing that happened to me. Everything is there but the su binary got its mode changed from 06755 to 0755 which means the set guid bit was taken away and superuser app can no longer interact with the su binary. I had to flash the fl26 repack and then I flashed the latest supersu app.

Something in the fl26 update script did a recursive chmod on /system/xbin so it overwrote the permissions on the su binary!
