yea, it definitely does more after installing this, so it did do something. but it still sucks ass. i tried watching TV episodes from multiple (like 4 or 5) websites and all were a no go. all flash has done for me so far is fill my browser with ads and let me watch moving radar on the weather channels website. i'm not against flash, but if it doesn't get tons better it's useless to me.
Skyfire still works better than the stock browser with 10.1. fox.com and southparkstudios.com both work on skyfire but not on the stock browser with 10.1.

nope, but I can tell you why....
Flash is different to most of the Video which use flash players, but also there own codec/players to run the video, mega video flash movies play fine. The flash works fine... Just some players need extra plugins to work, which might work on computers but might not work on cell phones as of yet, you cant expect everything flash to work, but so far the majorty of flash based sites work, things like shockwave and certain players wont work yet.
Actually the movies run fine on mine, BUT they run in the media player still, so they must be linked to open differently. Also I've found that even tho im set up as dekstop , it always goes to the wap site... not sure why
Got to the desktop site, and yes you right those ones wont play, must be different type of trigger used.
But this .apk file is support flash web sites, so until froyo I think its a good start

Doesn't espn3 use something other than flash? Microsoft silverlight, or something like that i think.

not a single one that i tried so far. they work in skyfire, but not the stock browser.

I honestly couldn't tell you , most players seem to load and then says the video cant be player/found, so not sure why this is.
All i know is flash sites works fine, flash video is having issues atm

What does this file actually do? Flash Lite 4 is also 10.1 compliant and the sites people have pointed out here and at XDA already work with Flash Lite 4 that is already on the Inc and EVO. Is this a placebo for people that already have Flash Lite 4?
The real test would seem to be for folks that do not have Flash at all. Nexus or Moto Droid that are still on 2.1 would be a good test.

This site has always worked for me and I have not installed the 2.1 Flash app yet. I think this app is a repack of Flash Lite 4, so Moto Droid and Nexus users may get some use out of it, if they have not already went to 2.2 anyways.
BTW, Skyfire is nice, but it does not play Flash directly- it converts on their site while you play it on the fly and they log what everyone plays, for marketing intel that they sell. That is the catch to using the browser and you OK this when you install it.
Also, I think this file is actually older than the Flash version we have on the Inc. Both are 10.1, but the one already on the Inc has a newer rev level. Watch out.

After reading all the threads over at xda I think I will hold off for a bit. I really have had no issues with my browsing experience on the Incredible. Flash Lite in its current form works great for what I do. Can this be uninstalled?

Pretty weird, but I went to the site with the stock browser and it opened up fine....was a little slow, but it still opened with your Flash animations and sound...I tried it on Skyfire and nothing happened.

Some sites work and some don't. It is a bit sluggish but that is to be expected.
E.G.
CNN didn't work for me (the ads did).
Vimeo loads the player but no video
Edmunds worked fine
PBS works fine
Engadget, again no video but the player loaded up and all the ads loaded.
A few games locked up.
The players did load of most of the sites but no video. This could be due to the fact I am on 3G and not WiFi.

Ok, it works fine for me, now i notice that Droid owners had to play with the settings on the browser in order for hulu to work, we need to figure this out and then thats it, all will be fine!

Folks, unless you do not have Flash (Nexus, Droid) this app is (as a programming teacher told me in my undergrad days) CWOT- Complete Waste Of Time.
