Help Flash 10.2 issues with froyo?

Hey Folks,
Newbie here, but only to this forum. I consider myself fairly saavy with mobile phones. With that said, I have encountered a problem. I recently downloaded the OTA version of froyo for my Samsung Epic 4G. The install went just fine.

I then went to install flash (10.2) and my default browser will not support flash. I have tried enabling javascript in conjuction with allowing add-ons. I have also tried multiple browsers, x-scope, dolphin, etc. I can't seem to figure out the problem. If for instance, I go to the website, www.hbo.com, it says my phone does not support flash. What am I doing wrong? Also, I tried setting the about:useragent to desktop, but it automatically changes back to custom. Do anyone have any ideas?

Also, if there is a post on this potential issue, my apologies, I though I had searched thouroughly and could not find anything.

I think the HBO site is just ******ed? Flash appears to work on other sites that require it but mine says the same thing as yours when trying to load HBOs site.

The way I figured out that Flash was working on my phone was if I went directly to Adobe's site and the Flash video started playing. That's how I knew it was working. Other than that I don't know what to tell you.

Its definitely the site, i use both xscope and miren and never had an issue with flash until i went to that site.

Hey guys, it appears the general consensus is right. The HBO website is effed. I had no problem going to the coca cola website, and flash worked perfectly. However, this is strange because I had the HBO website loaded at one point. Either way, HBO website is effed, flash works, and your input is much appreciated.
