Root Flash back to Verizon, HELP

I recently had my phone flashed to Metro Pcs, how would i be able to flash my phone back to verizon to use their pre-paid plan?? Any ideas welcome, thanks!!!
 
I've never heard of anyone "flashing" the Incredible 2 to a different carrier. We flash new ROMs or unlock the SIM card. Take the phone back to the guy who flashed it and have him flash it back.
