Flash on Jelly Bean

I used to love going to 4OD to watch Shameless, but now I have jelly bean, I am told that Adobe refuse to support flash media on Jelly bean now.

Is this a financial argument between Android and Adobe is my first question

My 2nd question is, is it possible to still watch flash without rooting my phone as I am worried I would forfeit my warranty by doing this?

No, it is not an argument of any kind between Google/Adobe. Adobe just finally got the memo that Flash is dying, and best used on desktops. They really couldn't get flash to operate on lower resources w/o any performance degradation. With that said, they cut official support of Adobe Flash Player for all Android OS past 4.1.x.

So flash websites won't work on any jelly bean handsets?

^ This right here is the reason why I'm still using my Evo 3D. No Flash support on Android version 4 and up. And I haven't seen HTML5 being supported on most website at all. Really, what were they thinking?!!??!?

By the way...
