correct me if iam wrong but u need to be rotted to install apps from sd right ?

I assume you meant "rooted" but no you're wrong you don't need root to install from sd, you just need a file viewer app an example would be astro as it has a built in installer.

This actually doesn't work on many htc phones, try actually reading the thread so you get all the info...this apk doesn't work more often than it does. it works on slide because the htc flash on slide is basically full flash already and that's why this method appears to work! The reality is you won't notice any improvement as all sites already work except hulu (they block android) and some flash gaming sites.
