Root flash on prevail after rooting?

im such a n00b (first timer here)

Is it possible to install flash on the samsung prevail after rooting it? I know its not able to run due to 'hardware limitations' but i figured a good OC would change that a bit

Thank you so much! Does the phone need to be rooted for this? I will keep this thread for future reference as I don't have the phone quite yet.. (getting it for Christmas hopefully)
