Flash Player 10.1 not good on Atrix?

I got nothing on a site needing Flash until I downloaded it from the Market so apparently it is not pre-installed. It is now working on video I am viewing from MotoGP.com since the download.
 
I went to gettheglass.com and clicked full screen and the flash video it loads is playing flawlessly, sound included. did not have to install anything. The only annoying thing is a couple of flash sites I tried had a mobile redirect and wouldn't let me load the flash content due to it detecting a mobile device. I'm sure there is a way around I haven't figured out yet.
 
Yep. Confirmed nearly impossible to click flash links embedded into video in included web browser with included flash software
 
Well, crap. I already had installed the flash player in the market when I came across this. Any ideas on how to get back without doing a full factory reset (I've only had it a day, but already have spent all day entering password, customizing, etc).
 
Aight look.. the problem is.. the mouth and words the guys speak on youtube.. dont match up.. the videos play wayyy to fast or too slow.. i cant tell but.. the dudes mouth is moving.. but not saying nothing

i have GB rc1 if it matters, but since ive had teh phone the flash does not work, i cannot get on any of the sites listed above and watch n e thing.

however, flash does work for the few games i have downloaded that need it.

wtf?
