The way I got it to work was to copy this APK to /system/app I don't know if you HAVE to do this, but if just installing the APK doesn't work, try that!

cant get this to work and it wont let me move apk to system/app :s

The way I did it was to:
put the flash_player.apk on my sd card,
open up root explorer
copy the apk
go to /system/app/
press "mount R/W"
then paste it in
changed permissions to rw-r--r--
reboot phone
then it worked

What ROM are you using?

Installation is complete. However, web browsers still require Flash plug-in.

Well I don't know about other browsers, I only use the default one :/

Only black screen appeared after opening Flash Player Settings. Moreover, all of browsers, including the default, cannot open Flash.

Flash 10.2 works with ARMv6 without crashes.
