I used it by downloading flash player (off of Play Store obviously) and getting Dolphin Browser, works well with ICS down.

First you can get the Adobe Flash Player for ICS here; http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html
And it works great with Firefox Browser.
I use FF when watching web videos.
