how to setting flash player after install it?

[Mikestony]

Hello and welcome reza meli!
I'm not sure if I follow your question. You have installed flash player and want to know how to set it up? Or configure the settings?
Just curious as it may come up later, what carrier are you with?
Thanks

Once its installed, you shouldnt have to do anything. Flash content in your internet browser will just work

Every version is there. You want the latest for android 4.0 devices

Flash has been discontinued altogether for Android devices. However, it still works fine on most of the 4.1 devices, although it isn't officially supported. You can grab an ICS apk of it from Adobe's archive. Here you go: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/archived-flash-player-versions.html

Scroll down to the Android ICS bit.
