Trouble installing Adobe Flash Player.
Cannot play some games.

Google Nexus 7 2013 4.1 updated to 4.3-4.4
 
Android no longer supports flash. And adobe hasn't updated security patches for flash on android since ice cream sandwich. Using flash on android is a HUGE security risk. Attackers can easily install malicious code on your device through flash. I personally would never attempt installing it or using it on any device, let alone an android.
