I'm not sure Flash is supported by Galaxy Ace, apologies. You can try asking in the Galaxy Ace section, they may be aware of a way of getting flash to work.

According to the spec's your phone should be able to run Flash. Is not Flash Player 10.3 available to your phone?

Like lunatic59 indicated, you should be able to go to the Androd Market app on your phone, do a search for "flash player" and you should see "Flash Player 10.3" [from Adobe Systems] (I think that's the most recent release) and click "Install".
That should enable flash for your browser and get you going.
