Root flash stock recovery help

So here's the scenario I rooted my phone downloaded titanium and deleted, i think, a little too much...some of which are the metroweb, and other metro based apps. Now after I did all that my google browser does not search, as well as my android market does not download anything. Now I was suggested to run the lg updater tool and run recovery, but it says im updated and it does not help me. So here's my question What can I do to get the phone back to when it came out of the box with all the metro apps like it never has been used? I have seen things such as lgnpst or the joneidy recover thing. Now I don't know what to do, please let me know what I can to to fix my problem and provide links, how to's, videos, whatever that can help. Thanks in advance!

You are new here not real sure if you are new to forums in general or not but in the future your best bet is to read as much as you can that you think may aply to your specific issue and also before posting a new thread search within the forum to see if your issue has been mentioned and dealt with already, I will bet 99% of any question or issue has been answered or resolved already on the site.

Now, welcome to the forums and I wish you luck in fixing your issue so you can get back to enjoying this amazing android phone...once you have studied those two links you will know who the ones are to go to with any further questions so do not hesitate to ask for help once you are certain that you have done your share of reading and gained as much knowledge as you could.

hope this is helpful!
