I ran those two versions for an hour each to check the battery usage and came up with this.

Flash
10:35am - 94%
11:36am - 83%

Battery Report

Browser = 50%
Display = 43%
System = 5%
Wi-Fe = 2%


HTML
11:39am - 83%
12:40pm - 73%

Battery Report

Browser = 57%
Display = 40%
System = 3%

No, the Archos 7 Home Tablet cannot run Flash.

The Archos 70 Internet tablet can.
