Root Flashed back to JF6 and can't get into recovery mode? Help!

I have no idea what happened. I was running an old build of Cognition and wanted to give the Darky 7.8 ROM a shot. Used ODIN to do a flash to stock, which went ok.

When I tried the One-Click Root tool, when it said it was rebooting my phone, it never rebooted. I tried manually rebooting it and holding the Power +/- technique, and recovery mode WILL NOT boot. Any ideas? Extremely frustrating!

Yeah, you might have disabled your button combos.

What batch # is your phone (located on a sticker, behind the battery; something like 1007, 1008, 1010, etc)

It's 1008. I figured that was the problem. I have no idea how, but now it works all of a sudden. All i did was try to update my phone via Software Update in settings, and it worked after I rebooted and got the error for trying to update my phone. Weird... Regardless, I'm loving Darkys 7.8!
