Root Flashed Icarus 1.1 and got a question

I flashed Icarus 1.1 last night, and its soo much better than before. My question is during the process I was told that I would have to wipe my SD card, so I moved everything off of it onto my computer like directed. I also made a backup and also moved it onto my computer. How do I move all my apps back to the phone? Can I recover my contacts? My contacts didnt sync with Gmail  before wiping the phone, so did I just lose them all? I can probably use Metro Backup, but its not on the phone anymore. Any help is appreciated.

I just flashed to Icarus myself.
I just re-downloaded all the apps. I didn't want to take a chance and accidentally restore the wrong thing and mess up the phone. Go to the market and it will have all the apps you paid for under your downloads and the first time it will have all the free ones as well. You can also use a computer and go to the market place and it will have all the free ones that you downloaded listed.

Now for your contacts. Before you started this did you go into contacts and make a backup to SD?
If you did just copy that backup back to your sd card and go into contacts and select restore from SD. If you need any help with this feel free to post here or PM me.
If you did NOT back up your contacts to SD they are lost. Sorry.:(

I hope this helps and that you are enjoying Icarus as much as I am.:D
