Root Flashed Maderstcok back to stock, how do I restore my apps?

Did you back them up with Titanium Backup?

yes but I am un-rooted now. Titanium backup is rooted only right?

Correct, why not root it then restore your apps or are you trying to avoid root/return to stock?

need to keep it stock - may need to bring to verizon - no biggie - I already started re-downloading them
