Root Flashed new rom and internal memory goes weird

Hey i just flashed this rom [ROM] Aurora v03 [Sense 3.0|Android 2.3.5|Stock|CM7/r2|Smooth & stable][Sep23] - Page 65 - xda-developers after doing a full wipe and now after installing just around 15 apps, i have just 15mb of internal memory left..

Anyone know whats wrong? i'm sure i have apps2sd+ and i have partitioned my sd card to ext4 1gb if i remember correctly.

You need the CM7/r2 hboot or a stock hboot partition layout aswell as the ext4 on your sd card.If stock then you need to flash the rom convertor after you have flashed the rom.

that what? ive never heard of rom converter

I think the rom has a zip to flash to convert it to alternative hboots.

The rom converter comes with the thread...no idea what it does though..hahah.
