Root flashed new rom titanium not showing up??

flashed a new rom today,

went to market to d/l my TB-Pro, says its d/l'd but its not in my app list and there is no "open" option in the market..just "uninstall...

tried a reboot, tried to uninstall and re-install...

must be a simple solution...

so..i turn to the pro's..u guys!

worked, sort of, now its saying it cant access my files, did this before saying i am not rooted...

now i forget what i did to get it back..

do i need to reflash SU everytime i put on a new ROM?

edit: never mind, reboot did it
