Root flashed rom where do contacts go

ok so i flashed capt jagers 1.6.1 rom and now all my contacts are gone..

i did a nand and a titanium back up is there any way to get my contacts back?? help!

No matter what your contacts should sync with your google account.

Yeah, you just log into your Google account. If you haven't yet try and go to the market and it should ask you to log in. Once that is done they should sync right over from Google.

google didnt have any of my phone contacts saved. my google contacts were synced over tho. i did a nandroid restore and that took care of my problem.. this time tho i went to the People application thingy and exported a file onto my SD card and dragged it to my computer. so hopefully if anythin else goes down ill just import it to restore. thanks tho

when you have google syncing contacts it takes a lil time for them to come up on a new rom.. since it must download them
