my phone is perfectly flashed everything works only problem is that the 3g goes on and off alot and something i have to activate airplane mode for it to come, this might a prl problem because my phone wanted to update and i didt allow it because i was afried to mess up my flash , now my question is can i update the prl in a flashed phone to boost?

do you know what the best prl for new york? I updated prl yesterday and it kinda fixed it but my prevail still had begter connection

Sorry, I don't know that. All I know is I updated mine and everything worked better.
My connection on my Prevail is the same as my EVO 4G on Boost. I have terrible coverage in my house.
