Help Flashing an Evo

My dad recently found an Evo 4G, I'm pretty sure it was blacklisted at Sprint for being missing or whatever.

Is there any way to flash this phone? My current service is Sprint and the phone is Sprint, would it be possible to activate it in someway or what?

If the ESN is blacklisted, you will NEVER be able to activate it. You can use it on wifi and do just about anything except make calls.
