Root Flashing Issue - Please Help- A Bit lengthy

Ohkay so. I was running the rooted 2.3.6 Rom that was released by PG, and I did a factory reset because I wanted to clear all of the apps and start fresh just for the hell of it. For some Odd reason I got soft bricked! SO i had to restore it with the 2.3.4 rom since the little slore wouldnt work. I am currently running a stock 2.3.4 rom that has been debloated and rooted myself.( I have a bit of experience with the phone and was cautious of the apps I deleted) I'm stuck on the stock rom at the moment because my phone wont install any other rom for some odd reason. I tried to Flash 2.3.6 through cwm and it says it "installed" but when I reboot the phone I'm still stuck on 2.3.4? I even tried to flash Monster 4 just to see if it was that rom in particular but when I flashed Monster 4 I got bricked and couldnt pass the SCH-R720 screen so I had to restore it with 2.3.4 again ! -.- Long story short. I'm stuck on 2.3.4 and my phone will restore roms ohkay but wont flash them properly for some odd reason and I want to get 2.3.6 -.- like I had before. Any solutions/tips/ideas out there? If so please help a brother out. Thankyou in advance!!

First pg didn't release a rom just a root method for 2.3.6 lol. But anyways if you wanna get back on 2.3.6 why don't you just use the update tool from the samsung website?

Oh no.. I didnt mean he released it himself. I ment to say like I used the 2.3.6 root link he posted for the 2.3.6 Root.. But anyways. An update tool ? Can you link that to me please? And didnt they have sms erros witht hat or something ?
