Help Flashing Lines on screen

Ok, so on my Epic every once in a while when I'm viewing something online (not always just the browser though) I get flickering horizontal lines on the screen. Almost like the lines you can see in an older CRT monitor or television. Anyone else had this issue? Generally a hard reboot will fix the issue, but with the otter box on the phone, a hard reboot is a pain.



Side Note: For those who run Juice Defender (free) what level do you run it at?

I get that when loading netflix with my screen brightness at 100%. Is your screen is at 100 and displaying a white only screen while your browesr loads? Try turning the brightness down a touch.
