Help FLASHING MY S2(more info please)

Hi everyone. i wish to flash my s2 from GB to ICS.

while using Odin do i need to select and flash the CSC part also???or only the PDA and phone part can b flashed??? if i flash all CSC, PDA and PHONE what happens??

i downloaded a new rom folder to be used with odin. but i can see only one file. also do i need to change my kernel to be able to use the rom after upgrade? my kernel is

There is only one file, as per item #2 in the step-by-step instructions that I linked you to in my last post above.

A new kernel is contained within that firmware update.
