Root Flashing rom problem

I flashed to a new rom yesterday, and wanted to try out a different one, today. Problem is when I go to rom manager, and try to go boot into recovery mode(do install a rom) the phone reboots, the M comes up stays for a few mins, then blinks off, and the the phone reboots into the current rom. If I try to hold the x while powering on, the M just shows, but will not go into recovery mode. Any ideas?

go into rom manager and reflash clockwork recovery. try that. if that doesn't do it, go into rom manager, go to the bottom of the list and "install alternate recovery" after that go back up and reinstall clockwork recovery. that should get you where you seen to be.
