Root Flashing Superclean 2.4

Ok I rooted my phone with DroidXCon's all in one package eb01, root, cwm etc... using odin

My question is to get to the superclean 2.4 can i simply download it to my phone, then boot into red cwm and then flash it over my existing eb01? Is it that simple? Or do i need to wipe it all and do this with odin? I'm 99% i can but I'd rather not brick my phone at work LOL

Yes, just flash in CWM. You might want to wipe data first.

Yes I was planning to wipe once or twice just be cautious. I had the rooting thing figured out on the droid 1 but i'm just getting started with the fascinate lol. The added reassurance is great to have. Thanks!!
