Scotty's how to thread (sticky in this forum) details the process. It is NOT the same as flashing a ROM. It is the same as the two flashes you did using hboot when rooting, except you use the new radio file instead of the downgrade and rooted MR1 file.
Edit: look at the flashing files in hboot section of scotty's thread.
Rename the radio PG05IMG.zip and put it on the root of your SD card. Power your phone off and press volume down while powering it on. Now you are in hboot, it will ask if you want to update press volume up, press volume up it will flash the radio and then prompt you to reboot by pressing power. Do so. Once you have finished rebooting delete the PG05IMG.zip or rename it.
Great, thanks guys. I took a quick look for it on the HOW TO thread earlier today with the phandroid phone app, but I must have missed it. Now that I'm back on the comp, I'll take another look. Just to reinforce what Yeahha said Thanks both.

theres a table of contents,so to speak,at the top of post 3 that lists what posts different things are in. look for "how to flash in hboot" toward the end of post 3
