Help Flashing the official ROM

Hey guys,

When I bought the Note, the place where I bought it from, flashed ICS when it wasn't available yet. So I guess it's cynogenmod or something. Now that ICS(and JellyBean?) is released, what are the step I need to take to get back an official firmware by Samsung?
 
download kies ( software from samsung) you can their perform a repair on your samsung that will install the original firmware
