Help Flashing Weather Widget

Does anyone have a solution of why my weather widget flashes when unlocking my screen?
It is really annoying and I hope there is a fix.
It is the stock weather widget.

maybe its just resetting/updating itself.
try a few from play store. samsung software isnt great
