Root Flashing Whilst Charging

I'm tempted to Nand up and then flash the Leedroid 2.3 just to see what it like and then restoring. Has anyone flashed whilst charging before? Does it work? Is it advised?

My life is too exciting!

Its advised not to as it can mess up your battery life (rom has incorrect values). Although a calibration and wipe battery stats should sort it out afterwards
