Yeah, according to that other forum, the current widget still has a bug that requires you to, at some point after restart, take 1 pic using the default camera flash. After that, the flashlight is supposed to work. I haven't tried it yet though... let me know how it works out for you.no am I supposed to?

Each time you boot/reset it, yes. Not each time you wake it. (just to clarify)once each time you turn on the phone correct?

I talked to JVRobert and he said it was okay to post this here. He is gonna do some polishing on it and try to release a more finished version after trying to work the camera bug first. Maybe change the button for it as well. Just remember if you power off the phone for right now you have to use the camera with flash at least once before using the widget. Happy lighting!!
