Flickering/Reboot

For about a week now my tablet has been rebooting on its own and when charging it say downloading dont unplugg but its to the latest update. Can someone please and its not rooted either.

Try doing a factory reset,And if there is a new update then you can install it after the factory reset.Some times they(Samsung)puts out updates just to fix things,Not to update the OS version.

My tablet only comes on if it's plugged up. When it does, it's flicking on startup. I've tried rebooting it, but it only giving me a lot of red messages saying fail.
