Sorry if this has already been asked.
I have the S4 and the Samsung flip case, when I receive an incoming call, the phone rings once at the pre-set volume then reduces to almost silent but only when the flip case covers the screen. If you flip it open it goes back to the pre-set volume.
I'm sure there's a setting somewhere to stop this but buggered if I can find it.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
