Flip cover cases?

I want:

Less than 30 dollars

Belt clip included(optional)

Full access to camera and phone

I want it book/diary style, not vertical

An area/wallet where you can store cash and cards

I've never seen one with the cash and cards option and I've checked out a lot of cases.

Sena cases used to make insanely expensive Pocket PC cases that had space for credit cards as well as memory card but they didn't even make a case for the t-mobile S2.

Prima cases makes what your looking for but they only make it for the NOOK. Granted they don't specify a cash pocket but if you look at that inner flap you could probably squeeze a few bills in there.

PDair Samsung T989 Leather Case - Book Type (Black) makes one close to your specs for 29.99 but doesn't include a belt clip or cash holder.
