Fly touch 3+ PLEASE HELP!!! CHARGING PROBLEM + Which charger does everyone have?

Hi guys,

Im new to this forum and also new to the android scene!

I order a Fly touch 3 from lightake.com and received it yesterday. i was very happy with it until i used to the point that i drained the battery out. so i put it on charge. When i put it on the battery indicator Led did not switch on which indicated to me that the battery wasnt charging. So then i switched it on and checked whether it the light would turn on if i charged it while it was switched on. but again the led light would not come on. the other problem was that when the device is switched on and i plug the charger in the screen goes white and starts to flicker!! which i dont understand why. Has anyone experienced this and can anyone help????......Also can this device be charged via USB cable?

Try hitting your reset button(located on the bottom of the tablet). If that doesn't work try a good old factory reset. Turn the tablet off using the reset button then power on holding menu + back(the big round button) and power. This will kick off the factory reset option. Lastly try upgrading to the latest ROM.

thanks for the advice but i tried the reset option and that didnt work.

Which charger did everyones tablet come with?

Mine came with a with an output of 5v 3.0a.

Is this what everyone got with theres?

im just trying to make sure its not the charger that messed up.

Also the power output of the tablet is 3800ma.

So exactly which charger would work with this. Could i get away with using an 800ma charger for example??

It cannot charge through a USB.

My power adapter was also knocked out on the 1st day - the charging LED did not light up. The screen flickers when the power on the batteries is drained and goes very low.

Luckily I have another similar adapter I could use at home. You should be able to find a replacement at electronic shop. The other way is to find an old adapter of the same voltage - if the head is different you can cut and solder or tape the one for Superpad.

I've tried another charger but I get the same problem. I'm posting it back to china tomorrow for a replacement.
