Help Flytouch 3 questions...

Hi all,

I just got my new Flytouch 3 from china grabber. I have a few questions for you:

1. I have a tethered cell phone. I hook up my laptop to the internet using the wifi, but for some reason my Flytouch will not recognize my phone's wifi? Why is that? Also, if I can't do it that way, is there another way I can use the phones internet and what do I need?

2. How and where can I download movies onto my flytouch?

3. Is Tim3a the best to install?

1 - not sure what you mean. I use the wireless signal from my router/modem and i can connect easy. I'm not sure your phone is sending a normal wifi signal. Perhaps you need to use a differend rom to be able to use this (check out Tims 3a rom, i think he haves a fix for that)

2 - If you got wifi working you can send over wifi (if you got the right app installed) - or you can ofcourse copy the movie on a sd card, then plug the sd card in. You can also use a usb flashdrive for this.

3 - imo - YES - but that said, i did not try others
