Help Flytouch 3 Touch Screen Not responding.

Hi,

I just replaced my battery to 8000mAh and when I put it back together and turn it on the touch screen doesn't work. I can see where I should swipe to unlock but it isn't responding. The screen looks like it has a crack but it still works.

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you have broken either the digitizer screen or the ribbon cable or both. A new digitizer is available....try Chinagrabber.

The ribbon cable was fine so it's probably the screen then

It sounds like the digitizer is cracked. There are two parts to the screen. the digitizer and the LCD. If the LCD were cracked it would most likely not work or have screwed up colors.
