Help flytouch III

hello, i hope someone could help. i have looked through the forun but and getting quite confused. i got my son one of these last christmas, he hardly everuses it as he struggles to get on android market, it wont pick up his sd card and when we attach it to the laptop to put some books onto the kindle app my laptop doesnt pick it up. how wouldi correct this and how would i update the android market please. thanks in advance

First off welcome to the forums natalie

Might i first suggest performing a factory reset, if you never update the device there won't be much on it, and although this will wipe all the data from it, the device will probably come back alive and some of these issues may be resolved...

Otherwise i am going to move your thread into the Flytouch 3 forums for some better assistance!

i dont even know how to do a factory reset!!! so any help there also would be great
