Help FM Radio & Kies issues?

I read the Samsung Galaxy S 2 is supposed to be able to receive FM radio channels, but have found no app or widget that seems to work with it. I tried plugging in headphones as an antennae, and still nothing.

Also, I can only seem to download files from Kies, but not upload to the phone? I receive something about a "network error" which is BS.

Have you loaded the Samsung drivers?

From what I read on XDA the ATT version has no FM radio (or it was not enabled in the firmware).
