FM radio on the move

The FM radio on my Desire works ok at home but when I'm on the move the reception is truly awful. So bad I give up and listen to the music player instead! I used to use a Sony C902 and the reception was perfect on the walk to work.

This is frustrating as its one of the reasons I went for the Desire.

Does anyone else have this problem or is this a fault with my phone?

I tried 2 times radio on the street and I had no problem.

To be fair, I found the walk in hull to be poor no matter which phone I used! C902 included. I don't think the radio receiver in the desire is vgood. But, the reception for r4 in hull is bad anyway!

The Radio on my Desire is fine indoors but on a walk outdoors its awful. My last 2 phones were SEs and they both had a faultless radio, HTC def need to sort out the radio as its truely crap.
