Yes.
Just start the Music player and choose FM radio. You have to have earphones plugged in as they are the antennae for FM.

Yeah, and it kicks butt, too... In this world of streaming low-bitrate audio it can be a bit of a revelation to hear FM via a cellphone. Now, if we could just hear it commercial-free...
